Premium Club Membership Agreement
Use of the
membership card and/or any of the certificates constitutes acceptance of the
terms and conditions listed herein:
1. Dining and Beverage Benefit (Non-Transferable):
Members shall receive a twenty percent (20%) discount off the total food and
beverage bill at participating outlets, as specified in the Premium Club
brochure, for up to a maximum group size of ten (10) people
dining.
Conditions: Only one card per table •
Membership Card must be presented at time of dining in order to receive
discount • All food and beverage must be purchased during the restaurants'
operating hours, and ordered from the restaurants' regular menu, including any
and all special menus, attachments, or "clip-ons" and room service • The
discount must be applied when the bill is settled at the restaurant •
The discount shall not be applied to (a) applicable taxes, local fees, service
charges and gratuities; (b) take-away orders, banquet events, private functions,
and pool parties; (c) discounted dining specials, special events or hotel
promotions independent of the Premium Club program (d) meals taken as part of
bed & breakfast, half-board or full-board package rates and (e) imported
alcohols in Egypt
2. Guest Room Benefits
(Non-Transferable):
a. Preferred Room Rate: Members shall
receive a twenty percent (20%) discount off the best available rate in any room
type • Discounted rate will not be applicable upon check-in; reservations must
be made in advance
b. Egyptian Nationals Preferred Room
Rate: Members of Egyptian nationality shall receive a ten percent
discount (10%) off the local Egyptian national rates at participating hotels in
Egypt
c. Early Check in Benefit: Flexible check in
time, not to exceed four (4) hours before posted time • To be requested when the
reservation is made and subject to availability on the day of
arrival
d. Late Check out Benefit: Flexible check out
time, not to exceed four (4) hours after posted time if available • To be
requested on the day of departure and subject to availability

PLEASE NOTE: A VALID MEMBERSHIP CARD MUST BE
PRESENTED AT CHECK-IN TO QUALIFY FOR THE SPECIAL MEMBER RATES
Conditions: Valid for single or double occupancy • A maximum
of three (3) rooms can be reserved for the same dates on the Premium Club
Members rate and member must occupy one (1) room • Not valid for bookings made
through travel agents or for group or block bookings • Reservations must be made
in advance and are subject to space availability restrictions • Membership
number must be provided at time of advance reservation • Member rate
will not be applicable unless a valid Premium Club membership card is presented
upon check-in
3. CLUBHOTEL Benefit (Non-transferable): Members shall
receive a variety of benefits at participating hotels outside Egypt, upon
presenting their CLUBHOTEL membership card • CLUBHOTEL membership provides
exceptional dining and room benefits at over 700 luxurious hotels in 50

4. Certificate Booklet: Each member
will receive one (1) set of Premium Club Certificates, valid at the specified
hotels in Egypt, containing the following certificates with terms &
conditions as printed on each certificate:
a. 15 x EGP 150 Cash
Certificates (Non-transferable): Fifteen (15) Cash Certificates to the
value of one hundred and fifty Egyptian Pounds (150 EGP) each, for full or part
payment of hotel facilities as specified on each
certificate
Conditions: Only (1) cash certificate may be
used per visit • Hotel facilities include food and beverage,
room accommodation or incremental room charges • Valid at any participating food
and beverage outlet • Incremental room charges exclude any services provided by
third parties • Standard Dining Benefits will apply on the balance of
the bill • Valid for room accommodation at the Preferred Room
Rate
b. 11 x Complimentary Lunch/Dinner Certificates
(Transferable): Eleven (11) certificates to enjoy a complimentary lunch
or dinner valid for two (2) people at specified outlets
c. 4 x Three (3) for Two (2) Certificate
(Transferable): Four (4) certificates to enjoy a three (3) nights stay
for the price of only two (2) nights, at the published rate •
Valid for a single stay of three (3) consecutive nights only • Not valid
in conjunction with Members Preferred Room Rate
5. Referral Benefit (Non-transferable): Upon submission
of the names of a minimum of five (5) friends or colleagues to be solicited for
potential membership, Member shall receive, for any such friend or colleague who
purchases a membership, one (1) complimentary CLUBHOTEL
membership card. CLUBHOTEL membership provides exceptional
dining and room benefits at over 700 luxurious hotels in 50 countries and over

Conditions: CLUBHOTEL membership is valid at participating hotels
outside Egypt ¨ A maximum of one (1) card may be issued per Member per
membership term.
6. Renewal Benefit
(Non-Transferable): In appreciation of renewing the Premium Club
membership Member shall receive fifteen (15) cash certificates to the value of
fifty Egyptian Pounds (50 EGP) each, for full or part payment of hotel
facilities as specified on each certificate
Conditions: Only
(1) cash certificate may be used per visit • Hotel facilities
include food and beverage, room accommodation or incremental room charges •
Valid at any participating food and beverage outlet • Incremental room charges
exclude any services provided by third parties • Standard Dining
Benefits will apply on the balance of the bill • Valid for room
accommodation at the Preferred Room Rate
